The WITS LEADS Program was created to provide developmentally appropriate strategies and resources for older elementary students so that they may become WITS Leaders in their school and community. Children in the WITS LEADS Program are encouraged to identify and solve peer conflict situations based on five problem-solving steps:

2. Explore Points of View

3. Act

4. Did it Work?

5. Seek Help

The program consists of five training sessions, one for each problem-solving strategy, and focuses on leadership, social responsibility and teaching children to become WITS Leaders who can help younger students apply their WITS and seek help from a responsible adult.
